|Recommended: YesI like it — It's nice and cozy I have great neighbors, maintenance requests have been completed in a timely manner and office staff is pleasant to interact with. I've already referred several friends who might possibly move on the property.

|Recommended: YesQuiet Community — Out of all the places I have lived, this has been one of the quietest neighborhoods I have lived. I very rarely see people hanging outside. The staff is very professional and treat every request for maintenance as top priority. My hats off to the staff and neighbors.

|Recommended: NoDissapointed with the experience based on my expectations when visiting. — When I came to visit, the tour was led by Adam, who did a great job. Ever since I have moved in, I have had one issue after another in the apartment with things breaking down, and the time it takes for someone to come fix things is absurd. My air hasn’t been working correctly ever since I moved in, there was a huge leak in my house, and no one came to look at it, there have been several instances where bugs like cockroaches have been found in the apartment. I have been extremely understanding with the maintenance and office crew, but it seems like that doesn’t bring very good results in terms of getting things done. I moved in in January, it is currently May, and I don’t think there has been one week that I’ve been in the apartment without a work order.

|Recommended: NoI was so excited last year when I arrived as a new resident, however living at this property is very disappointing. — The location of the property is great. The landscaping is nice, however work orders are never repaired timely. I have had at least 25 work orders in a twelve month period. Most of them are repeat orders since the same issues reoccur. The plumbing is constantly a huge issue. Water leaks, causes water bills to be over 100 plus monthly. This causes you as a resident to pay on the front end for the rent and the back end with higher power and water bills. Once your unit is leaking water, they force you to use your power for their blowers to dry their carpet. Once the leak occurs again, the process starts over again and now you have an even higher water and power bill plus the rent is expected to be paid on time, no exceptions Although your work order may not be fixed properly until weeks later. There is no concession for enduring all of the many inconveniences and stressors that the constant water leaks, broken water heater, and broken a c unit causes. The water may be shut off at any given time for hours with very short notice. The management and staff constantly changes and are unwilling to provide exceptional customer service to you for all of your items ruined and damaged, not to mention your time when you have to call off of work, etc. The treadmills are broken in gym. The swimming pools were often closed for repairs , the trash pills up out front and is oftentimes outside on sidewalks which was a constant health concern as well as very unattractive to your guests. It is very stressful and disappointing living here, especially for the amount of money that you pay to live here. Once they get you locked in, you suffer severely afterwards financially, emotionally, and mentally from stress. Good luck after you sign the lease
